The Gennaro For New York campaign collects the names, emails, and phone numbers of in-district registered voters in order to contact them about their candidate preferences, voting intentions, and to remind them of important election dates and information. We are able to collect data and make contact based on information available to campaigns through a database maintained by the State Democratic Party. Upon text, call, or email, those who do not wish to be contacted further can choose to opt out. The campaign does not share or sell private information. Additionally, the campaign maintains all data through secure and protected sites. The privacy policy is updated upon necessity.
